Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Larimore, ND

Start Date: September 1, 2026

Location: Larimore, North Dakota, with travel to nearby communities

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week

• Primarily geriatric caseload (85%) with adult patient population (15%)

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota or ability to obtain
• Experience in skilled nursing facility and long-term care settings preferred
• Willingness to travel between multiple facility locations within the region
• Availability to complete 3-week onboarding process prior to start date
