Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist Assistant – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: West Portland, OR and surrounding areas

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 5 days per week. This position does not accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 schedules. No weekend or on-call requirements. May visit up to 6 patients per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points.

• 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours (facility may call off up to one shift per two-week pay period)
• Efficient patient scheduling minimizes drive time; occasional travel up to 60 miles per day

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license (pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Skills in post-operative care, neurological conditions, prosthetics, and mobility devices
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
