Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Dialysis – Alliance, NE 69301

Start Date: August 18, 2026

Location: Alliance, Nebraska

Schedule: 36 hours per week; three 10-hour shifts (4:30am-3:00pm) and one 6-hour shift (4:30am-11:00am); Monday-Saturday schedule with 2-3 Saturdays per month; weekend and holiday rotation required; no on-call

• Acute dialysis unit with consistent patient volume averaging 17-20 outpatient hemodialysis patients weekly
• Seasoned, supportive team with RN always working alongside a Charge RN or LPN/Tech
• BBraun dialysis machines with Gaia charting system
• Comprehensive orientation including three days of classroom training and departmental preceptorship
• Major holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) with flexible holiday rotation among staff
• 88-day assignment with potential for overtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in outpatient dialysis
• Active Nebraska RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not available in this area)
• Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary actions
• Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, and health requirements
