Job Opportunity – Speech-Language Pathologist – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: West Portland, OR and surrounding areas

Schedule: Day shift, 4x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Up to 6 patient visits per day with 30 productivity points standard. 1:1 patient ratio. No weekends or on-call required.

EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover app charting system

Requirements:

Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required
Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
OASIS experience required
BLS certification required
COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster required
Reliable personal transportation required
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
