Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedics – Napa, CA 94558

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Napa Valley region, Northern California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Average patient volume of 10-12 scheduled appointments per day, typically seeing 8-11 patients. Caseload includes 1-3 evaluations and follow-up visits with 30 and 45-minute appointment durations.

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred; acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience also considered
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Must reside outside of 50-mile local radius
