Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Parkers Prairie, MN

Start Date: August 28, 2026

Location: Parkers Prairie, Minnesota

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 40 guaranteed hours per week

Highlights:

• 13-week contract with flexible scheduling options available
• Diverse practice setting: 85% skilled nursing and long-term care, 10% assisted and independent living facilities, 5% outpatient
• Primarily geriatric caseload (90%) with adult patient population (10%)
• One day per week at a facility approximately 30 minutes away, providing variety in your practice
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with competitive compensation

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Allied healthcare certification as required
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric settings preferred
• Availability to complete 3-week onboarding process prior to start date
