Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Parkers Prairie, MN

Start Date: August 28, 2026

Location: Parkers Prairie, Minnesota

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Flexible scheduling available.

Highlights:

• Diverse practice settings: 85% skilled nursing/long-term care, 10% assisted/independent living, 5% outpatient
• Primarily geriatric caseload (90%) with adult patient population (10%)
• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends
• Includes one day per week at a location approximately 30 minutes away
• Flexible scheduling and guaranteed hours available

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Allied healthcare certification as required
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, and geriatric populations preferred
• Availability to complete 3-week onboarding process prior to start date
• Willingness to travel locally (30 minutes) one day per week
