Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Home Health – Ellensburg, WA 98926
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Location: Ellensburg, Washington
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, no call requirement

Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or ability to obtain
- Previous Home Health experience required
- Home Base experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in community settings
