Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Kankakee, IL 60901

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Kankakee, Illinois

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours guaranteed per week, 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

• Travel nursing assignment with 83-day duration through November 22, 2026
• Emergency Department setting providing acute care services
• Overtime available after 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current and valid state RN License
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
• Current ACLS certification required upon hire
• Current PALS and/or ENPC certification required upon hire
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation knowledge
• Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; Emergency Department experience preferred
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
