Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Wheaton, MN

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Shared between two communities in west-central Minnesota

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 40 guaranteed hours per week; split between two locations (2 days at one site, 3 days at the other)

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
• Allied healthcare certification as required
• Experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred
• Ability to work across multiple care settings (inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, home health)
• Four weeks required for onboarding and credentialing process
