Requirements:

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current certification from the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) for PTAs
• Valid Virginia state license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Completion of all required health screenings, background checks, and compliance documentation
