Description
Job Opportunity – Speech-Language Pathologist – Seaside, OR 97138
Start Date: September 7, 2026
Location: Seaside, Oregon and surrounding areas
Schedule: Day shift, 4x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). 1:1 patient ratios with up to 6 patients per day (30 productivity points standard). No weekend or on-call requirements.

Requirements:
- Active Oregon state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
