Description

Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Tech – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30), with some Saturdays as part of regular schedule. On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. May float to Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology as needed.

Comprehensive procedural experience including diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, STEMI, structural heart procedures (TAVR, Mitral Clip, PFO), and advanced support devices (IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart)
Exposure to Interventional Radiology, Neurointervention, and CRM device implants
407-bed acute care hospital utilizing Epic charting system
Guaranteed minimum of 70 hours per 2-week period
Free parking and scrubs provided

Requirements:

Active Alaska state license or pending license (processing takes 10-12 weeks)
ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required
BLS and ACLS certifications current
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech
Required experience: Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), Vascular procedures, Monitoring, and Neuro procedures
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
