Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Three call shifts per two-week period. Call coverage includes weekday evenings (4:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and every sixth weekend (Friday 4:00 PM - Monday 7:00 AM). Weekend requirement: 3 shifts per two-week period.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a Trauma Level II cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Work with a comprehensive range of interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures including TAVR, Impella, IABP, and Watchman procedures
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
• Three-room cardiac cath lab serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding
• One pre-approved time off period available during assignment

Requirements:

• Active California RN license required prior to submission
• Minimum 5 years of cardiac catheterization lab nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Extensive skills required including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, procedural sedation, IABP placement/removal, emergency medications, and vascular closure systems
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Willingness to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the location
• Flexibility to float to affiliate facilities as needed
