Job Opportunity – Pediatric Physical Therapist – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM). Typical daily patient load of 7-8 patients per day. No on-call or weekend coverage required.

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience required
• Outpatient clinic or home health experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with pediatric assessments, particularly PDMS-2
• Experience with adaptive equipment, assistive devices, milestone assessments, and patient/family education
• Acute care experience preferred as therapists may float to inpatient settings during low census
• Must be independent and proficient in outpatient services (medical-based PT, not school-based)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
