Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Portland, OR 97202

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Completion of Oregon-specific mandatory training: Providing Inclusive Care Training for Oregon Long-Term Care Settings
• Current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
• Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, and competency examination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
