Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit – Omaha, NE

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 0.9 FTE

Highlights:

• Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) position with temp-to-permanent opportunity
• Maximum 13-week travel assignment for qualified candidates living 100+ miles from the facility
• Work with high-acuity pediatric patients requiring advanced critical care interventions
• Opportunity to utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• 91-day assignment duration with potential for permanent placement

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state licensure
• Recent PICU experience with high-acuity patient assignments
• Demonstrated competency with pressors, intubated patients, sedation protocols, and titration protocols
• Experience with ventilator management (Trilogy and Servo ventilators preferred)
• Proficiency with infusion pump management
• EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred
• Must reside 100+ miles from the facility location
• Flexibility to float to other acute care units as needed
