Job Opportunity – MRI Technologist – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), weekend coverage required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a 244-bed facility in beautiful Northern California wine country
• Comprehensive MRI imaging across multiple anatomical areas including neuro, musculoskeletal, and body imaging
• Experience with advanced MRI techniques including MRA, MRV, MRCP, and post-processing capabilities
• Opportunity to work with major MRI equipment platforms including GE and Siemens systems
• Potential to float between sister facilities to expand your clinical experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience required
• Valid California state license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency in MRI imaging across multiple body systems including brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration, IV starts, and radiation safety protocols
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required; facility does not accept Nursys or background check discrepancies
• Candidates located within 50 miles considered local and accepted at adjusted rates
