Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 13-week assignment. Weekend coverage required based on staffing needs. Guaranteed 60 hours per 2-week period.

• Epic charting system in a 34-bed unit with 407 total staffed beds

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license (pending licenses accepted but must be able to complete application within 48 hours of signing; license must be in hand for automatic offer)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with 5-6 patient ratios preferred
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions
• Willingness to float to similar medical-surgical units as needed
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
