Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Director of Nursing – Steamboat, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Steamboat, Colorado

Schedule: Flexible 40-hour weekly schedule with options including two 12-hour shifts plus two 8-hour shifts for a 4-day workweek, or a combination of early morning and standard day shifts. On-call coverage required Monday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–8:00 AM, including weekends. On-call compensation provided at $500/week, with call-back hours paid at regular hourly rate.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous nursing management or leadership experience required
• Director of Nursing (DON) experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
• Ability to manage staffing, quality measures, infection control, and performance improvement initiatives
