Location: Ganado, Arizona

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 guaranteed hours per week, 91-day assignment

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of ICU clinical experience required
• 3+ years of Charge/Lead experience required
• Inpatient dialysis experience required
• CCRN certification required; TNCC recommended
• Valid unrestricted RN license from Arizona or compact state
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• NRP certification required within 6 months of hire
• Experience with staff scheduling, orientation, and Joint Commission readiness
