Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Lynnwood, WA 98037

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Lynnwood, Washington

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Washington Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist within one year of submission
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Comprehensive background checks and health screenings including TB testing, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), drug screening, and physical examination
• Competency exam with 80% passing score and Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training
• COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination documentation or declination
