Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Siloam Springs, AR 72761

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. Assignment duration is 89 days (through December 19, 2026).

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submission
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Completion of competency exam with 80% or higher score
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
