Job Opportunity – Nurse Leader / Manager – Birth Center – Colfax, WA 99111

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Colfax, Washington

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week guaranteed, 90-day assignment

Highlights:

• Lead and manage inpatient Labor & Delivery and postpartum departments in a birth center setting
• Provide operational and clinical nursing leadership with focus on best practices and workflow standardization
• Collaborate with leadership on budget management and resource utilization to achieve financial targets
• Participate as a member of core staffing to ensure safe and adequate staffing levels
• Salaried travel position with competitive all-inclusive weekly compensation package

Requirements:

• Active nursing license in Washington State or ability to obtain
• Nurse Leader / Manager certification required
• Birth center, Labor & Delivery, and/or postpartum nursing experience
• Leadership and management experience in perinatal services
• Knowledge of Washington State Department of Health standards and applicable regulations
