Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00), approximately 4 weekend days per month, block scheduling required, 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience (required – no exceptions)
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Large acute care hospital employment background strongly preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Skills in assessment, evaluation, discharge planning, patient/family education, plan of care development, home exercise programs, lifting and transfers, and safety protocols
• Must provide 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
