Description
Job Opportunity – Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Eureka, CA 95501
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Eureka, California
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30), 26-week assignment. Call coverage required; manager will discuss details. Weekend coverage limited to call only. Float to outpatient department as needed.

- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
- One pre-approved time off period available
- Epic charting system experience preferred
Requirements:
- Active California state license or compact license (must be in hand at submission)
- ARRT N and/or NMTCB certification required; CNMT certification also accepted
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience; at least 1 year required
- Skills required: 3 Phase, Exercise/Rest-Multiple, Gastric Emptying, HIDA Scan, Isolation Precautions/PPE, PET Scan, Starting and maintaining IVs, Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials, Uptake Scan, Ventilation/Perfusion, Whole Body imaging
- Siemens equipment experience preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
