Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Acute Care – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: October 6, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Contract duration of 13-26 weeks available.

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license (Compact license must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of acute care physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in gait training, therapeutic exercises (AROM/AAROM/PROM), assistive devices, and patient/family education
• Experience with common diagnoses including COPD, CHF, CABG, MI, total joint replacements, and post-stroke rehabilitation
• Strong skills in evaluation, discharge planning, plan of care development, and reassessments
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
