Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, GI Lab – Petaluma, CA 94954

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Petaluma, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30). No weekend requirement. Call required: 3 call shifts per 2-week period. Float to preop and phase II PACU, with potential float to sister facilities with at least 24 hours advance notice.

• Work in a GI Lab setting with preop and phase II PACU responsibilities

• Epic charting system experience utilized
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Orientation provided with 40 hours of onboarding support

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse license required (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; CGRN preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in GI Lab procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, conscious sedation administration and monitoring
• Experience with bronchoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, airway management, and specimen handling
• Skills in starting and maintaining IVs, obtaining 12-lead EKG, and managing dysrhythmias
• Ability to float to preop, phase II PACU, and sister facilities as needed
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
