Job Opportunity – Mammography Technologist – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:30), 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation

Highlights:

• Travel assignment in beautiful Northern California coastal community
• Work with advanced imaging technology including Hologic 3D mammography systems
• Perform a variety of procedures including screening mammograms, diagnostic exams, and stereotactic biopsies
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations in a supportive radiology team environment
• Opportunity for one pre-approved time off period during assignment
• Holiday commitment required: must work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Requirements:

• Active California state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required skills: Digital mammography, 3-D mammography, Hologic 3D systems, diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, stereotactic biopsy, needle localizations, fine needle aspiration, digital quality assurance procedures, PACS, and Synapse/Hologic systems
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
