Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Room – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00), with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. At least 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule. Patient ratio of 5:1.

• 13-week travel assignment in a busy Emergency Department with 40 beds and 90 daily census
• First-time travelers welcome; 2 years of ER experience preferred

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Exposure to diverse patient populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Trauma center experience with opportunities in critical care procedures including arterial lines, central lines, and ventilator management

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), PALS
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, CPI
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Charge nurse experience and trauma center experience (Level I or II) preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
