Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. At least 6 weekend shifts required in a 6-week schedule. Patient ratio of 5:1.

• 13-week travel assignment in a busy Emergency Department with 40 beds and daily census of 90 patients
• First-time travelers welcome; 2 years of ER experience preferred
• Comprehensive orientation with 24-36 hours of onboarding support
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Interdisciplinary team support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Flexible scheduling options with up to 4 days of pre-approved time off available

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact license; pending licenses accepted if obtained prior to start date)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), PALS
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, CPI
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Previous charge experience and trauma center experience (Level I or II) preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
