Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Rotating weekend coverage as needed. Patient ratio 1:4-5.

• 55-bed progressive care unit specializing in cardiac conditions including CHF, STEMI/NSTEMI, and post-cardiac procedures
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy
• Epic charting system with 24-36 hours of orientation provided
• Flexible scheduling options with up to 4 days of pre-approved time off
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required; CPI preferred
• Cardiovascular and telemetry experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with cardiac drip management, post-cardiac procedures, dysrhythmia interpretation, and central line care
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
