Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Kodiak, AK, 99615

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Kodiak, Alaska

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00). Guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period. No on-call or weekend requirements.

Requirements:

• Active Alaska Physical Therapy license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Willingness to float within scope across outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility settings
• Preferred experience with pediatrics and adolescents (not required)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
