Job Opportunity – Registered Dietitian – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with minor flexibility). No weekends or on-call required. Guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period.

Highlights:

• Work at a Magnet-designated, 407-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center
• Flexible assignment length: choose between 13-week or 26-week contracts
• Pediatric experience highly preferred, working with diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday coverage requirements (must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Epic charting system in use; free parking provided
• Opportunity to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate locations

Requirements:

• Active RD/RDN certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical dietitian experience
• Experience with enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) strongly preferred
• Pediatric experience highly preferred; adult and pediatric clinical experience ideal
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Valid Alaska state license (pending licenses accepted; processing takes 10-12 weeks)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declinations not accepted)
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
