Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: October 6, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 40 hours per week. Call coverage required every 5th day/weekend. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Highlights:

• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center and primary stroke center with teaching hospital environment including residents and fellowship programs
• Coverage includes 2 IR rooms, CT, and ultrasound moderate sedation needs
• 1:1 patient ratio providing focused, high-quality interventional care
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system with 16 hours of orientation provided
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact state license required at time of submission)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience preferred
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
