Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15). Weekend coverage required. On-call distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks (up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends). May need to cover one additional night shift within contract as needed. Variable start times available (7:00, 9:00).

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted; must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2-3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required with demonstrated competency in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Extensive OR skills including orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general surgery, GU, and GYN procedures
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
