Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Mission Hills, CA 91345

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Mission Hills, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Patient ratio of 2:1. Float required to ICU overflow and PCU/Telemetry units in rotation with team members. Weekend coverage required; must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays.

• Collaborative, fast-paced environment with full interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Strong neuro ICU experience required
• Level 2 Trauma experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and LA City Fire Card
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, and post-surgical care
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
