Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit – Seattle, WA 98122

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Every other weekend required. Patient ratio 2:1. Floating required to NICU or units within skill set with orientation provided.

• Interdisciplinary team support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• Experience with advanced critical care procedures and specialized equipment
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric critical care nursing experience required
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• NRP and CRRT certifications preferred
• Previous charge experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Proficiency in pediatric dosage calculations and critical care skills including ventilator management, chest tube care, CPAP/BiPAP, central line care, blood product administration, CVP monitoring, tracheostomy care, and wound management
• Experience with procedural sedation, RSI drugs, high-frequency ventilators, oscillators, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, and wound vac therapy
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays during assignment period
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years required
