Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Olympia, WA 98506

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Olympia, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. No weekends or on-call required. 91-day assignment through January 18, 2027.

Highlights:

• Work in an outpatient neurology clinic treating patients with diverse neurological conditions including TBI, stroke, CVA, and related disorders
• Manage Epic nurse in-boxes, work queues, and coordinate patient care through MyChart messaging and phone triage
• Support high-acuity neurology patients including infusion coordination for specialized treatments
• Collaborate with providers on medication refills, lab orders, imaging coordination, and clinical documentation
• Utilize Epic charting system in a structured outpatient environment with 40 hours of orientation
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and credentials

Requirements:

• Active Washington State RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience; 6 months in relevant specialty preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Skills in telephone triage, medication reconciliation, venipuncture, laboratory interpretation, and clinical documentation
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required; certain background findings may disqualify candidates
• Availability for scheduled interview times; must be punctual and professional throughout interview process
