Description

Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist – Colville, WA 99114

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Colville, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), block scheduling required. Every other weekend required. Patient ratio of 1:13. 13-week assignment (91 days).

Highlights:

Critical Access facility with 25 staffed beds utilizing Epic charting system
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Family maternity and OB experience required, including C-sections and delivery room support
No on-call requirements; parking provided at no cost
Potential to float between two sister facilities in the area

Requirements:

Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand at submission)
Current certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
Epic charting system experience required
Experience with arterial punctures and medication administration required
Experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Airvo2, and Panda equipment required
Family maternity, OB, and delivery room experience required
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
