Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Issaquah, WA 98029

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30). Contract duration of 13 or 26 weeks available. Staffing ratio 1:1-3. Float to Post-Partum and potentially other sister facilities based on skill set and census needs.

• Only required to work 1 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, New Years/Eve) with ability to request up to 2 major holidays off
• 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms serving low risk antepartum, low risk labor and delivery, and high-risk deliveries
• Comprehensive patient care including circulating for C-sections, OB-GYN surgeries, couplet care, and transition nursery support
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and certifications
• Local candidates accepted at competitive rates

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), AWHONN Intermediate
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with blood/blood products administration, epidural anesthesia, magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, anticoagulation therapy, and wound care
• Proficiency with special equipment including PCA pumps, epidural pumps, syringe pumps, wound vacs, and IUPC placement and calibration
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
