Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Issaquah, WA 98029

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30). Contract duration of 13 or 26 weeks available. Staffing ratio 1:1-3. Float requirements to Post-Partum and potentially other locations based on skill set and facility needs.

• 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms serving low risk labor and delivery, low risk antepartum, and triage of obstetrical patients
• Comprehensive Labor and Delivery experience including circulating for C-sections, attending all deliveries including high-risk, GYN surgeries, and couplet care
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and certifications
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Active RN license (Compact license accepted)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), AWHONN Intermediate
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with blood/blood product administration, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, anticoagulation therapy, magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, and wound care
• Proficiency in high-risk antepartum care, sterile vaginal exams, IUPC placement and calibration, and triage of obstetrical patients
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
