Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), 13-week assignment with every other weekend coverage. Patient ratio 4-5:1. Float to telemetry or medical-surgical units if overstaffed.

• 42-bed progressive care unit serving adult and geriatric populations with cardiac-focused patient diagnoses
• Epic charting system with 12 hours of orientation provided
• Free parking available at the facility
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of progressive care unit or stepdown nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Essential skills: Cardiac drip titration and management (hardstop requirement), vasoactive drip titration, cardiac telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of cardiac patients
• Experience with 4-5:1 patient ratios
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
