Job Opportunity – Nurse Leader / Manager – Birth Center – Colfax, WA 99111

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Colfax, Washington

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week. This is a 90-day travel assignment ending December 20, 2026.

Highlights:

• Lead inpatient Labor & Delivery and postpartum nursing operations in a community healthcare setting
• Provide clinical and operational leadership while ensuring compliance with state and federal perinatal standards
• Collaborate with leadership on budget management and resource optimization to achieve financial targets
• Identify and implement best practices to standardize workflows and improve patient care delivery
• Participate in core staffing to ensure safe and adequate staffing levels across the department
• Salaried position with competitive all-inclusive weekly compensation package

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Leader or Manager certification
• Birth Center or Labor & Delivery specialty experience required
• Strong knowledge of Washington State Department of Health standards and applicable regulations
• Proven leadership experience in managing inpatient nursing operations
• Ability to develop protocols, ensure compliance, and resolve complex clinical situations
