Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts). Call shifts required on weekends and during the week (1600-0700 weekdays; every 6th weekend Friday 1600 through Monday 0700). Approximately 3 shifts in a 2-week period.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a 3-room cardiac catheterization lab serving adult and geriatric populations
• Work with a Trauma Level II facility utilizing Epic charting system
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding
• Opportunity to work with advanced cardiac procedures including TAVR, Impella insertion, IABP, and interventional catheterizations
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 5 years of cardiac catheterization lab experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Extensive skills required including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, procedural sedation, circulating and scrubbing procedures, IABP placement/removal, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required (facility does not accept Nursys or background hits)
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
