Job Opportunity – Pediatric Physical Therapist – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), with approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month required. Assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks available based on your preference.

Requirements:

• Active Alaska Physical Therapy license (pending licenses accepted for submission, but must be in hand before start)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; 2 years required for first-time travelers
• Pediatric experience required; must have both inpatient and outpatient experience
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
