Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical / Telemetry – Tuscaloosa, AL

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), every other weekend and holidays as required. 36 or 48 hours per week available. 13-week assignment with biweekly orientation.

Requirements:

• Active Alabama or Compact RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license, with at least 1 year in specialty area preferred; 2 years of experience strongly preferred
• Associate degree in nursing (ASN) required
• Must be able to pass a Dysrhythmia Basic exam during onboarding (two attempts provided)
• Willingness to float to other units and facilities as needed
• Ability to complete 16 onboarding modules by file due date and log in within 24 hours of receiving Employee ID
