Job Opportunity – Nursing Home Administrator – Steamboat, CO

Location: Steamboat, Colorado
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift

- Partner with leadership, residents, families, and community stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Colorado required
- Three or more years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, older adult services, or health care operations required; five or more years preferred
- Experience in nursing home administration, regulatory survey readiness, personnel management, quality improvement, resident and family relations, budget management, and strategic planning preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, quality improvement methodologies, and budget management
