Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Every other weekend required. Float between units as needed to meet staffing needs. Patient ratio 1:5. 48-hour weeks approved.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Neurology RN experience preferred; must be comfortable with NIH scale and proficient at caring for post-surgical neurology patients and various neurology diagnoses
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, craniotomy, CVA, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, neuro stepdown, pre/post neurosurgery care, procedural sedation, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
• Patient ratio experience of 4-5 patients required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
