Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Pediatrics – Seattle, WA 98122

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00). Patient volume includes 5 ventilators and 6-8 RVUs. Variable weekend coverage required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and RRT (all required)
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• PICU and Adult Critical Care experience required (hard stop)
• Experience with Emergency Department and Pediatrics settings required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Demonstrated competency with Draeger and Servo I ventilators required
• Experience with airway management, medication administration (including Nitric Oxide), and advanced ventilator management including BiPAP, CPAP, and high frequency oscillator
• Strong skills in ABG interpretation and basic EKG
• Pulmonary Function Test Lab experience preferred
• Willingness to float to other campuses as needed
• Must be separated from any affiliated health system for minimum 3 months if previously a permanent employee
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
