Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery / Birth Center – Charles City, IA

Location: Charles City, Iowa

Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week). Days bundled for optimal work-life balance during 13-week contract with potential for extension.

Highlights:

• Birth Center setting with approximately 126 births annually and growing patient volume
• Critical Access facility providing essential maternal and newborn care to the community
• Opportunity for contract extension based on performance and mutual fit
• May include occasional floating to Medical Surgical unit to support patient care needs
• Supportive team environment with consistent scheduling patterns

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state license
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE certification preferred but not required
• Labor & Delivery or Birth Center experience strongly preferred
